SBFRS provides financial reporting and analysis services to small business primarily located in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area of Minnesota.
Using our expertise in Excel, Access, Crystal Reports and many other accounting and computer tools, we are able to integrate data that resides in a business’s operational data bases with data that is in the accounting and payroll systems. Most of our background is in health care service industries where a key component of profitability is understanding, and monitoring, the relationship between billable hours of staff and payroll hours of the same staff. These productivity relationships can be applied to other organizations that need to control their payroll costs.
An extension of these services include the design, implementation, or conversions of general ledger and associated computer program modules. Our primary background has been working with SAGE / MAS 90 products, but we have been involved in projects using Quickbooks, Peachtree, Soloman, and Open Systems. Most of the current accounting programs being used today have the capability to export information so that it can be used electronically in different tools, and most programs have a way to import information into the accounting system, although this may not be a module that the small business has installed.
